Lana Hoskin is a licensed therapist (LMSW) and certified holistic health and wellness coach based in Pocatello, Idaho.

Through her business, Recreate Yourself LLC, she helps high-functioning, faith-based women recover from narcissistic, emotionally abusive, and toxic relationships, so they can reclaim their identity, reconnect to their strength, and recreate their lives on their own terms.

She brings deep clinical training, trauma-trained care, and holistic healing practices together inside a highly personalized coaching experience. Her vision is not just to help women cope, but to walk with them through full emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual transformation.

Lana supports women regardless of where they are in their process, whether they choose to leave or remain in their current relationship. Her work is not about pushing a specific decision, but about restoring each woman’s clarity, agency, and connection to her true self.
